Help with a letter

I was looking at the do it yourself and I would like to send a law firm who has overtaken my account a DV letter. I live in California and was hoping for some assistance or someone to guide me through this. Thank you for your assistance.

Just use the letter in the DIY section as a guideline..change information to your particulars and then fire that puppy off CMRR. Also check your credit report, see who owns the account now..the account may be owned by someone else who is using the lawfirm, if this is the case then DV both of them.
