Collection question
Date: Mon, 12/14/2009 - 11:16
I moved and lost some mail and it got re-routed... anyways, I missed the 30 day cut off for the DV letter.
Can I still send out a C&D letter, even after 30 days, to the collection agency and ask that they only contact me through mail or that I want to work with the original creditor?
