Quickest Cash Advance / MTE Financial / EAD Group

To All please beware they are conducting fraudulent activity. I have seen numerous complaints regarding these organizations with good cause. I had a PDL thru Quickest Cash Advance website and the lender was MTE Financial. I received a call in May of 2009 from EAD Group, LLC located in West Columbia, SC who I recently found out is under investigation from the State of South Carolina for conducting fraudulent activity on collecting debts. I made a payment arrangement thru them of 150.00 to be paid twice a month on four installement payments. Within 1-1/2 hours of me providing my credit / debit card information they debited my account in two deductions. 1st one was for 300.00 and the second was for 305.00. I went to my bank and due them having the security code on my card they let me know it would be hard to dispute. Ken Jones at EAD provided me with my satisfaction letter and failed to list my original account number and company this was collected for. I have since filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and thru Consumer Affairs in South Carolina against EAD Group. I was contacted by Action Recovery Systems in June 2009 to collect on the same debt and I am now being contactedf by Paramount Recovery who is now trying to collect on the same debt and they could not even provide me the physical lender only the website. Paramount had no clue who the lender was until I sent them info to show who it was along the letter I received fron EAD Group, LLC who now will not answer the phone or respond via fax.
Anyone who has done business with them should also file complaints to better assist the state with their investigation and protect others against them. I contacted the number who I originally received my loan thru and they are no longer doing business with MTE Financial. Received call back on 10-27-09 from United Debt Holdings, LLC and they do not show me owing them anything. I called Paramount back to let them know to cease communication and I was informed thaey received this as a collection account on October 22, 2009 even though this debt was satisfied in May of 2009 thru EAD Group. I advised Paramount to do further investigations as well against these companies due to MTE Financial conducting fraudulent activity.

Anyone who has dealt with EAD Group, LLC who was collecting debts on behalf of MTE Financial should contact United Debts Holding and provide them your documentation showing your debt was satisfied and request collection calls to be ceased on your behalf due to your debt being satisfied. There phone and fax number are the same....Good Luck To All having to deal with this issue
