Yes, they are extremely unprofessional. Or at least my dealings with them have been. Although I understand obviously I'm the one in the wrong because I haven't paid a debt.. That doesn't give anyone a right to be rude or treat you badly. But that's exactly what I've recieved.

In one dealing with them I was actually hung up on several times. I kept calling back and each time when I said something about dealing with this like adults or how unprofessional it was to hang up on someone - They'd hang up again! The last conversation we had, they said they didn't want my money and hung up. I will never speak to them again after that.

Horrible company!!

The weird thing is... I don't have any delinquent accounts so I can't even be sure they are looking for me. They have never called later than noon and never leave me any type of message.

I've checked my credit report and there is nothing adverse on there either so I guess I will continue to ignore the calls.

ive had the thing as post number 3, none of my accounts are delinquent and i get random phone calls every few months, with no voicemails, and letters saying my loans are being sent to collections, beware, i think this is a scam, not 100 percent sure, but thats my guess
