C/A Offer to settle or sue
Date: Tue, 05/10/2011 - 17:13
 Attorney Ed Overcash had his paralegal call me today and offer to settle or they would sue.I've been paying them 100.00 per month for the last 5 months on time.
They offered a settlement of 2581.12 of which the original balance was 5755.63 > With the 500.00 I've already paid + the 2581.12 that would be 3081.12 total or approximately .5353%
Should I take this or are they bluffing about the lawsuit......
All opinions are welcome,GLTA

Why not make them a counter offer. They are not supposed to say they will sue unless they are prepared to do so, but anyone on this board can tell you plenty of lies they have been told. Offer to borrow $1700.00 from someone if they will take it as settlement in full.
Now they want me to call by 2:00pm tomorrow to let them know if
