how is it possible to dispute with equifax on a entry on a credit report and they find it to be a fraud item and delete it.and i have the summary page they send out informing of results that says it was a fraud item and deleted but they let capital one put it back? and not notify me in writing

I'm not sure if you can get in touch with equifax by phone, but if you have an address for them, maybe you could dispute this in writing and send a copy of your summary page.
