cant get a hold of the report

no matter how many times I try, and I did at least four this year, Equifax refuses to provide the free copy of my report. They keep sending letters stating I did not send what they need and I did. What to do?

You are only entitled to 1 free report per CRA per year. Go to www.annualcreditreport.com to avail yourself of the 3 of them if you have not had a credit report drawn within the past 12 months. Otherwise, you will have to pay unless you were recently denied credit. In that case, you would need to send them the copy of the letter stating that you were denied and which CRA they took your report from that resulted in said denial (and you would have to ask that specific agency/ies for their report.
