Make the Debt Lawyers think twice?

Hey all....I have been reading around and something has jumped out at me. How many people come here looking for help on a lawsuit? How many times have they been able to get the case dismissed for having not one shred of proof? Too many times to count!
I think we need to start making the LAWYERS sweat a little!
If someone gets a case dismissed for no evidence I think you can also petition the judge to have sanctions levied on the LAWYER for filing a frivolous lawsuit....seriously...filing suit without one shred of proof screams frivolous to me!
ALSO file a formal complaint with that lawyer's state bar for same thing.
The point here is that these lawyers should know better. Look at the lawsuits by these companies...it is quite easy to see a pattern...those that get defended almost always end up dropped or dismissed...yet the ones where the defendant doesn't show get default judgments.....I see the pattern. They deliberately file these erroneous lawsuits banking on Joe Q. Public not showing up so they can get judgments with not one whit of evidence!

It's a harassment for consumers who have lawsuits filed against them when they are not at fault. The lawyer, even though he/she does not have any proof, files the lawsuit, believing that somehow, he/she will get a judgment in his/her favor. At times, this is quite ridiculous and consumers should take steps in order to stop this harassment.
