whether you have purchased the Directv from Quest?? If they are authorised distributor from Directv then there is hardly anything you can do....
But if you have not purchased the service from them then surely you need to call them and ask them for the validation...

Thanks for the reply. I started out with the Qwest bundle. I have had nothing but problems with their service (installers not showing up, wrong service, etc). I cancelled the internet and kept the TV. The rep from Qwest said it was optional if I wanted to have Directv bill me instead. The bill is valid from Qwest as I have not switched it to Directv yet. The problem is I just got their bill a week and a half ago, and they are sending it to collections already.
