Settlement from Eskanos and Alder

Just received my settlement check ($5.35) for the class action suit against Eskanos and Alder. Don't remember what the basis of the suit was but I think it had something to do with overshadowing or continuing to contact after C&D.
I guess they did not understand the law that well.

Congrats on your $5.00, class action lawsuits have a very low payoff to those involved, the attorneys reap the majority of the money though. I can almost guarantee that the law firm that represented the consumers had a fairly large payout though. Which means financial damage to Eskanos and Alder.
