Been sued

I was sued and a judgement was made against me without me even being served or even knowing of a court date. NOW.... I received a letter stating he is going to freeze my bank acct. can he do this legally? How does he know my bank info? Should I remove my money? This is some crazy stuff. Can I also fight to get this judgement overturned? All help is greatly appreciated.

Quickly move the money out of your account and put it on a prepaid debit card. Cancel any direct deposits...tell them your account was compromised.
Then, look up the case online at your county court house website. Look up your case. You may need to go in and find when and how you were served. If it was bogus, motion the court to set aside the judgment based on lack of service.
