You need to take that file to your bank and talk to a manager, explain that there is nothing about a garnishment and you need to know how to go about reporting this as a fraud....the bank should have the information on who ordered the garnishment......go talk to that judge (because the court would have had to order the garnishment, the bank must have something from the court.)
Go talk to the judge about the garnishment and possibly file a motion to vacate for improper service....you can file to get your money released.

Yeah you get a summons, you have to file an answer, show up at court and then lose, then the plaintiff has to go back to court to get the garnishment enforced, then the money is taken.
So....it looks like you were not served. You need copies of the court papers to see how you were supposedly served.....I have heard of those getting served and the description of the person was nothing at all like the actual person....so it does happen.
