after i told them this debt is not mine and do not contact me again i never heard nothing else about it any more. who knows what happened i send them a c&D letter to stop all contact with me. I also sent them a letter this debt is not mine and i do not pay debts that are not mine. i never in my life owed any bank a cent.

Did you have an account with another bank that you may have prematurely closed or not left enough funds in to cover checks?
After all, nowadays, it is common for banks to buy each other up.

It's a case of a bad skiptrace, which led them to the wrong person. (trust me, I sometimes have the revolving door of investigative agencies for non-party witnesses, etc).
Or,
It could be the worse case scenario, however, I would also examine those other options. After all, everyone in this process is human, even the slimeballs collecting on other peoples' debts.
