Falsely accused?

Hi everyone,
I received a call from United Recovery Systems regarding an account of mine that was supposedly overdue - only I had never opened the account, and they had the full name, social security number, address and place of employment incorrect. It seems that someone with a name that resembled mine gave my phone number out when opening this card and then defaulted on the card. URS has apparently escalated it up their management systems as fraud, but is there anything else that I need to be concerned about?

Who are they saying you owe?? Dispute the debt IN WRITING. Mak
Who are they saying you owe?? Dispute the debt IN WRITING. Make them prove it. If they refuse to do so after a dispute and keep harassing you, then file an AG complaint and a complaint with the FTC.
Have you borrowed payday loans in the past?? Could they have gotten information this wy??
