given that most "supervisors" are really just 2nd voice reps most of the time...if you are in collections they want money not management complaints..pay then complain is the motto I get the feeling for and I am a collector(not that its my job I wanna be in when this economy starts a turn around my old job was hands work but more rewarding personally..Manufacturing)
