I just wanted to say, that I had a court date with these fools on March 13th, (Wolpoff & Palisades). They filed a Withdraw without Prejudice back on February 8th, had me show in court and they never showed. The case was withdrawn by them.
They violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collections Act. I put in writing to them what they did and got all my paperwork together to go to court. They don't like paper-trails and they definitly do not like anyone who knows the law when it comes to consumers rights!
