I recieved a call fro Mark who had a garblled accent of which i could hardly understand , something about a financial matter from 415-952-7351. I got the same kind of call a few years ago i have since filed and had a discharged B.K . what can you tell me ?? thanks


Personally I would call them back and let them know they are in violation of the bankrutpcy discharge. If it is a collection agency, report them.

Without much information it’s difficult to say anything. Do you owe any debt? If yes, then what kind of debt- secured or unsecured?
