no working phone number

My mother received a phone call from SAM today and they stated they were trying to collect a debt from me. I have never received anything from them and the number they left hung up on me after 30 seconds each time I called. I tried the other number I found on this site and that hung up on me after 3 mins. I am unable to find a real webpage for them. Are they even legit??? And if so how do I get a hold of them??
