I have gotten numerous calls from Payday Loan Yes and when I state to them that they need to contact my lawyer-I got one for a few of the accounts for settlement as I want the harassment to stop, it stops for awhile and then I start getting calls from either a Joe, John, Alisha and now Mr. Narse. Mr. Narse states he is from 1st National and I ask him who are you representing he says a lot of companies and I say well what company are you calling concerning me(I really want to say a lot more than that) anyway this jerk says to me Payday Loan Yes and I said they have been told in writing, emails, and now from an attorney not to contact me at work. He says he will continue to call my work, cell and my boss to get this debt paid and resolved. He will also contact the person who issues my wages and let them know. This idiot left a message stating that he will tell my boss about this debt-but when he leaves this message he talks so fast and mumbles as if he is threatening me(but doesn't want anyone else to know that) but you really have to listen to him to understand what he is actually saying and the last part of the message he says to contact him at 800-654-7444 extension-any extension you need to call any extension before this goes any further. What is that about any extension. What should I do, contact my lawyer and tell him, because aren't they violating the fdcpa. I am all about paying my debts off, but I came to this site in need of payday loan help-I live in New Jersey and found that I had paid some of these companies way over the interest rate-and was way over my head in fees with these sharks. I will morally pay them off what I owe, but I am rethinking this about Payday Loan Yes. I almost feel if they get another dime from me I will be sick. I owe the IRS and they don't call me wanting even close to what these vultures want. The IRS our government even makes payment arrangements. Sorry for such a winded post but I want to get rid of these characters. I do not want them calling my boss even though he knows about this as well as my HR department. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks

well for starters, sounds like a made up bank like us national,or first federal.payday loan yes is a bottom feeder pdl.no legit company would do what this joker did.if you filed complaints against payday loan yes, refile don't let this harrasment go unanswered.if you paid them the principal you are done and they know it.they are just desperate,as i stated before if you filed complaints file follow ups.if not file asap.

I think you need to flex some muscle and file a lawsuit against this agency. They are showing blatant disregard to the law. If you believe that they have contacted your boss and HR, ask them about it. If they have, use them in your suit as their testament will give your case that much more substance.

Not yet, but that is what he stated on the message today that he will contact my boss and let him know that I took out a payday loan and that he will talk to whomever issues my wages and let them know as well. This company calls my headquarters in Vegas where my boss is located and they ask for my boss not me and then he leaves that message on my bosses voicemail. I reside in NJ and my boss resides in Las Vegas. They clearly know that.

I received a call from Payday Loan Yes. They stated that since it seemed I was not going to pay the loan back. They were going to contact my place off employment. File at the court stating fraud and writing a bank check over the state line. After I told them I was going to file bankruptcy.

I got a $200 loan in September 2009. One of their reps told me I could settle the debt by making 3consecutive payments or $100 each, which were made in Oct., Nov. & Dec. Then, in January 2010, another $100 was debited from my checking account. I tried contacting this company and the only responses I got were "yes, the $100 is a finance charge". I've talked to a couple of smart elecks trying to resolve the issue, but I suppose it take a certain species to work for those companies. They have tried to bully me, threaten me, and do a little arm twisting to make me pay more. Let me ask you something. Are they spliting the payments 3 or 4 ways because the LCD on my phone says Frontier Financial Services and the rep says First National?

more than likely.never give a bottomfeeder sensitive info over the phone.also if you got a 200.00 loan then you only owed 200.00.sorry to say,but you are gonna have to close that account and open a new one.go to your bank see the manager.tell them one of those debits is fraudulant.they should open a new one not linked to the old one.then close the old one.then if the mutated garbage calls hang up on them.also file the complaints.FTC,and AG.just don't give anybody bank or cc numbers over the phone.if they threaten,it's just proof of a bottomfeeder.

Your bank may be able to return the last debit at least. I know my bank went back 2 or 3 weeks for me and reversed the debit and credited my account. It is worth asking since the transaction was fraudulant. They will have you to sign something saying that the company was not authorized to make the debit.

that is correct.look into that.it might depend on the bank too.B OF A are bears when it comes to this, but other banks will do that if you ask.

You have to fill out a formal complaint at your bank, speak directly to the branch manager, no one else will do.

Make sure you file complaints with the FTC, BBB and your attorney general!

i have gotten calls from them as well, they say they are fast cash advance, and that they gave me a loan and now they want their money??? they say I signed a wage assignment and they are going to enforce it??? this will be interesting, because i have NEVER received any documents from them what so ever, i never agreed to a loan...it sounds like they are just collectors who threaten...I told them to please send me verification of the debt, and if they can verify the debt i will more than happy to pay...they told me "ma'am i'm not going to send you that information, you agreed to this when you e-signed" really??? when??? "ma'am i'm not going to argue with you, i will just hand this over to our fraud dept" ....and then hung up the phone....
