I could never find this info anywhere online for my own personal issue and I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this as I feel it might be valuable to folks dealing directly with first party CA's.
what are your rights dealing with them? i know the fdcpa only applies to third party.
are there any consumer rights to dealing with original creditors?
