If you have done that send them a demand letter for a refund for any amount paid over that. If you did not pay back the principle amount you need to get a prepaid money card, load the amount owed or what you can make in payments and call the PDL. Get this straightened out. Going back to 2006 I'm guessing you've already closed your bank account associated with the deposit that was made from them and that you've revoked any wage assignments? If not, you need to do so. Only communicate with this company via email, fax or mail. You want all correspondence in writing, unless your making payments and again do that on your terms, not there's.
