Did she ruin your credit while you were married? We need a bit more details in order to point you in the right direction. Basically if she did it after you were divorced then she could be brought up on fraud charges and you would not be responsible for anything she did after you were divorced.

If you were married at the time, I think it depends on your state on weather it is a community property state or not...
