I received a credit card in FL, and defaulted on it in MO. Which state would the SOL fall under for credit card?

Since they have to sue you in the jurisdiction you live in, the SOL where you currently live applies.

Oh OK, so for MO, am I reading it correctly when it says SOL is 4 years for cc?
