If they keep calling, it would be worth your while to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorneys General of Florida and Kentucky.
i dealt with ARM a few times. i sent them a cease & desist lette
i dealt with ARM a few times. i sent them a cease & desist letter via certified mail and they did quit calling. i also filed a complaint with the BBB of florida. arm did respond with this letter about how they only hire the best qualified people and how they are trained monthly on the rules and regulations of the fdcpa.....(yawn). but anyways good luck.

I just talked to them again and some guy was put on the line that said he knew all the laws. He said I agreed to work through there state laws. He said I needed to look at my contract I signed and I would see that I agreed to that.

Just let them bite your heals. They obviously are trying to scam you for money you don't owe. Next time they call, if they call at all let them know that you know they aren't legally allowed to conduct business in kentucky and if you keep calling there will be legal action against them.
