Hello I am deep in debt when it comes to payday loans. I took them out hoping they would help me get ahead after I left my husband.

Now i think I've bit off more than i can chew as I have to take out a new one every payday as I do not make enough money once they take out their fees bi-weekly.

I live in Florida. I have three out right now.
llsamerica.com 105 per pay since 05/28/10 borrowed 425.00

ashland funding (crestwoodmktg.com) 75.00 per pay since 05/28/10 at 782.14% borrowed $325.00

Magnumcashadvance I owe one payment of 196. due on the 20th

and I have constantly been getting pdl from Checkngo to be able to pay my bills. Check n go wants the full amount paid back on the following pay date which isn't much help because it takes a larger sum of money.

My question is what can I do to get back on the right track?

I also have a student loan due, car note due, utiliites due with only 92.00 in the bank.

Aside from Check n Go what is the total amount you have paid to each of the internet loans! You must close your checking account or have it placed on deposit only! Get your HR to issue a live check for a while! Cash it at Amscot and get free money orders there to pay your obligations! Do not think about another payday loan from there! The states computer will not allow two at a time and you are already in trouble.
Florida law states that all lenders must be licensed in the state regardless of where they are geographically! None of yours are licensed in Florida! Florida Law also puts an 18 percent cap on small loans! Different law than the one regarding storefronts which is ten percent! Unlicensed loans in Florida are non collectable! Be sure you revoke any wage assignments you may have signed!
Doing the math in my head it looks like you have overpaid two of them! It dors not say how much you borrowed from Magnum! I had a loan with them once along with 6 others and they come on strong but will usually work with you! You are actually in pretty good shape compared to others who arrive here! See if ChecknGo is a member of CFSA! There would be a blue decal on the door most likely! If they are they are bound to the rules and must work an extended pay plan out for you! Florida has stringent laws regarding storefront lenders! You can call the Florida Division of Financial Services for a rundown!

Magnum cash Advance i borrowed 500. but i only owed 196 which will be my fourth payment.

I signed up for check n go Online so would the CFSA show on the website? But currenlty I do not owe any money to Check in go. I usually take out 500 and they charge 500 plus $55.00 and take the full amount the following pay.

Is a payday loan consolidation a good idea at this point or just close the account and contact Florida to report these Internet Pdl companies?
