Well I sent out the Dv and Cease & Desist letters to this company collecting the illegal Arrowhead payday laon which was paid in full per Florida law. I also sent them copies of the complaints I have filed with BBB, Attorney General of both states. Well, they seem to ignore these. Last night I got a call on my answering machine from National saying they were returning my call blah blah blah and i must call them back. What can I do since they are ignoring my Cease and Desist letter and DV letter. Is there a letter I should send to them when someone is violating the law by ignoring these two letters. Thanks for your Help.

I've dealt with them as well. They called me in the beginning of the year. I dealt with Lisa Ray. I filed complaints and sent follow up letters. I got no answer. You can try to send them but I'm sure they wont respond. I dont know of 1 person that has said they got a respond back. I certainly wouldnt call back but thats up to you.

Was this the first time they called since you know they got your letters. Because I believe they can contact you one more time after they get a c&d letter. But if you can keep the voicemails and keep track of when they call from now on. And then file complaints when they do violate. But do not contact them after the c&d letter was sent. You can send them a follow up letter but they usually ignore those also. But I am sure that you know to keep a copy of any letters sent for your own records. My DFI wants me to send them a copy of any letters I send out so they can add them to my file just incase they need to step in, they have extra ammo.
