We just got a new phone number through our cable company and this strange number keeps calling on our caller ID (we don't answer numbers we don't know) It says Northampton PA (610) 440-3516. They never left a message, except one time it must have went through and there was a silence followed by a click like a telemarkter or collector and a woman asked to speak to a Lisa, then hung up. I tried reverse lookup and all it tells me is that the number is from Northampton, PA. I called the number back with my number blocked and the greeting said "thank you for calling FMS, if you know your party's extension, please enter it now or press # for a directory". Then it gives the business hours. It says on Saturdays they're only open until 12 noon, but they called me on a Saturday at 2:37 p.m. They call like every single day! It's annoying. We're on the DO NOT CALL registry, so I'm thinking a debt collector, but there's also no Lisa here.

it is a bottomfeeder.call from a blocked phone#.nothing else comes up.i would try to talk to them once and say there is no lisa here.it probably is a recycled number that you got from your cable company.

I finally got a letter from them after complaining to our states DFI that they call with a local number (Spoofing) and never leave a message. When I googled the number FMS came up, and lo and behold I finally got a letter, they are another collector for Pallidiace will look it up when I get home, on behalf of Att&T. It's a valid debt from several years ago. But I refuse to pay it, as I had telephone service from them, and couldn't use the service half the time because I'd get no dial tone, and would not come out and fix it. Lol and behold when I switched services, I got phone service again. I also had DSL contract so that's where most of it is the money I owe is coming from.
