Form Letter

Hi! Can anyone give me a form letter to send to LVNV to request that they report on my credit report a pif mark or be removed all together. The debt with be paid in a settlement with an attorney because the attorney lied to me and put me between a rock and a hard place. Either a judgment or a settlement, so I took the settlement to try to save my credit as much as possible. Can anyone recommend a way to get this to report better on my report?

If you pay it in full, they have to report the status to the CRB
If you pay it in full, they have to report the status to the CRB's as it is part of reporting accurate information.
