I have a fraudulent lien on my marital home for a debt that is not mine. I signed no paperwork, nor was I even at the establishment. I now have 3 weeks to get them to remove this from the home. How do I do that?

If property is properly encumbered by a lien, I dont issue an issue of fraud unless the lien holder is falsely, with knowledge to the contrary, asserting that you are legally responsible for the encumbered property.

The lien is an encumberance on the property. What is your legal status with respect to the property?

Courts dont file liens. They are recorded administratively, and courts get involved when the debt is being adjudicated, and some judgment is being sought by the lien holder.
