Hi Anna, I'm just excited that FJH dismissed my case. FJH, sued me for an OLD credit card with First Consumer National Bank and I DV them through CMRRR. No response and two months later a lawsuit. I answer and DENY everything. To make a long story short, I ask FJH attorney do he have anything with my contract signature, etc etc etc. His response was NO! So he voluntarily dismissed my case.


The question is. Can I still sue? I have them on so many FDCPA violations. I live near Dekalb County, near Decatur ga.. :)

Yes you can if you have proof of the violations...heck I would even try to get the lawyer sanctioned for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
