I got a letter from Frederick J Hanna stating they represent FIA Card Services for a debt that is owed to them, I have 30 days to arrange something. I am in NC are they able to sue here in our state? How do I go about disputing this?

Send a DV letter CMRRR, if its a credit card debt when was the last payment made. If more than 3 years ago, I believe in NC its out of SOL. Send a DV letter to him-Hanna is a major bottom feeder
