debt validation..got nothing..now what?

Both have been disputed online and came back verified. So I sent a debt validation letter to both OC and JDB. OC sent me a copy of a lease agreement which according to them validates the tradeline in cr. JDB sent nothing. 30 days has passed. Now what? Does a copy of an auto lease explain/validate their tradeline? I have paid 36 months per my lease contract. I Paid the excess mileage. Everything in my end of lease paperwork does not indicate any additional charges. Can the OC change their tradeline from a good account to a charge off? JDB never sent any validation of this alleged debt. How can they keep the tradeline in my cr? How do I get these 2 negative accounts to go away?

Did the OC send you details of the payment you have made and details of the amount outstanding as a debt validation? If they have not done so, then I think that it is not a proper validation of debt and so you ask them to remove the charged off account from your report. If they do not remove it, you can file a complaint with the FTC.

The OC is not required to validate....they are not bound by the FDCPA. And FTC reporting is a little premature.
Have you called the lease company for a print out of charges?

the lease co wont speak with me about this account..it has been sold as a bad debt at this point..and from their standpoint, the lease consitutes their tradeline..they refused to break down any financial charges pertaining to the account

They are "allowed" to talk to you...they just dont want to. I would try going higher up the chain of command and filing complaints...maybe suggesting to them that there negative reporting could be an FCRA violation and could end up costing them money.
who would i file complaint with? I am not familiar with that?
who would i file complaint with? I am not familiar with that? I have tried several times to speak to someone and always get the same answer. However, I have never utilized FCRA in those conversations..Thank you for your help thus far, i am very appreciative..

What state do you live in? Is there an "Office of Financial Regulation" or something along those lines in your state? I'm thinking you might check with them, tell them what's going on, and see if they have any suggestions?
Also, try as SOAPLADY suggests. Also, depending what state you live in, there may be laws that can be applied to the OC.
