Gamache and Myers lawsuit

Has anyone ever received a summons from Gamach and Myers? If so what documents did they attach with it? Did they have any information from the OC?
A summon may or may not have any information about the original
A summon may or may not have any information about the original creditor. However, since you have received the summon, you should file a response to it within 30 days in order to avoid default judgment. After filing an answer, you should ask for debt validation from Gamach and Myers, where they need to provide you with details about the original creditor and the debt outstanding including interest and other charges.
