You need to file complaints with your state attorney general about this company because they have illegal garnished on your wages. Inform your payroll and don't let them do a debit again.

If so, you could file a complaint, but if there is no proof of an arrangment, I wouldn't expect your complaint to result in much.

I called the company sueing and made a verbal comentment eith them, they sent me a paper conferming(i have all papers.) then i got my check and the same company sueing is garnishing after we already made a commentment and before i have even gone to court.

Did you answer the presumed summons? If not, I think it is possible the attorney has obtained a default judgement against you. I'd check with the courthouse...maybe even obtain copies of all the documents in your case.

the only papers i have gotten say default judgement be in court july 27,2007 and bring in bank statements paystubs and all that jazz. to avoid court and garnishment i called the lawyer representing this place and set up a payment palan and they garnished my wages anyway be fore i even got to court.
