I have been garnished and don't know from who how can I find out do you have a phone number I can call?
I think I'm right when I say that they can't garnish your wages
I think I'm right when I say that they can't garnish your wages without a court order. Your payroll clerk had to recieve the order and it should have information about who the payment is going to.
