What do I do?

I was just "certified mailed" a supposed judgment against me. But my debt is charged off. It included a writ of garnishment to my bank. I was given 20 days to reply.
Just because a debt is charge off does not mean that they cannot
Just because a debt is charge off does not mean that they cannot collect it.
Check with the courts for a record of the judgement. Did you receive a summons??
Most of all, answer the summons...otherwise they will garnish your bank account.
