garnish mothers account???

My mother paid my mortage payment with her checking account and the credit card company obtianed her bank account info through a court order. My SSN is NOT on the account. The credit card company filed a garnishment on her account. Will hte bank honor a garnishment on her account if my SSN is not on that account?
Is your name on the account? Is any of the money in the account
Is your name on the account? Is any of the money in the account yours? It's unlikely they will levy your mom's account unless they can prove that you have money being deposited into the account.
