I revoked my garnishment and i was taken to court. My question is can they garnish my wages after I went to court? i never signed anything. I did set up a payment plan. I told then that I could pay 50$ a month and they told me that they could not do that and i had to pay 100$ a month. If I stopped paying that can they take it out of my check?

You cannot revoke wage garnishment....you can however revoke a wage assignment. There is a huge difference...assignment is voluntary, a garnishment is court ordered.

Sounds like you have a judgment against you with a $100 payment plan, right? If you fail to make the required payments, they will come in and garnish your wages up to 25% and possibly levy your bank account.
