How do I get a lien taken off my home when the debt was not mine. It belongs to my X husband. I was awarded the house in June 2010. The lien was put on in Dec 2011. What do I do?

If his name is still on the property, then the lein would be valid. I am assuming you were awarded the house in a divorce? If so, he should have signed the house over to you and had his name removed. If not, the lein will stay until he pays the judgment. You would have to take him back to family court to enforce payment.
