Global Payments VIP Preferred Card

I have a VIP preferred card that I used in casinos. It's basically a debit card that takes money right out of my checking account. It can only be used in casinos, as far as I know. Once I use it the funds do not come out of my bank account until two or three days later.
One day I used the card and a couple days later I did not have the funds in my account. So now Global Payments says that I owe them 2,500 dollars.
Does anyone know if they report to credit bureaus? I really do not want to pay them. A lawyer told me they will not take me to court over it. I have a gambling problem that has done a lot of harm. I just don't want to pay anymore.
