I have an account with them and I have not paid them every month and am behind on payments. They keep calling me several times a day pretty much every day. They changed my monthly payments from 36 dollars a month to 50 dollars a month. I am not working and cannot afford 50 a month. I told them this and they will not go down on the payment amount. They told me that if I do not pay this month that my loan will go to a third stage collection.
