Document everything, Names dates, times etc. If you are in a state that allows recording of calls, tape the call. You can sue them under the law. If your state requires two party consent to record, simply say when they call "this conversation is being recorded, if you remain on the line you are agreeing to this call being recorded. If you agree stay on the line,. If you do not agree please hang up now." They will suddenly either hang up or become real nice! Have you sent them a cease and desist letter?

I have two very small girls and having someone threat you with that is gut wrenching...What will happen if they don't validate? I asked for validation letter before and all I got was a verification letter... Would it be safer to contact by e-mail?
