I have been going back and forth with this company for awhile over a $160 and have a later post about that. Well today I receive a phone call saying she has a warrant for my arrest...Can they do this to me? :?:

No they can't and they are in violation of the law by saying so. File a complaint with the FTC and your state attorney general. Document everything, Names dates, times etc. If you are in a state that allows recording of calls, tape the call. You can sue them under the law. If your state requires two party consent to record, simply say when they call "this conversation is being recorded, if you remain on the line you are agreeing to this call being recorded. If you agree stay on the line,. If you do not agree please hang up now." They will suddenly either hang up or become real nice! Have you sent them a cease and desist letter?

No I haven't was just putting one in an envelope along with a request for validation... You put my stomach at ease though.. It has been knotted all day... I have two very small girls and having someone threat you with that is gut wrenching...What will happen if they don't validate? I asked for validation letter before and all I got was a verification letter... Would it be safer to contact by e-mail?
