I received a call from this Greystone Alliance yesterday on my cell phone, not to mention that this is a Tracfone...I called the number back and they had a hard time figuring out who I was and why they had called me...I was finally connected to a gentleman and he asked me if I was whomever and I said yes and he asked me about my address and SSN and they were not mine...he said he didn't understand that things matched up but I was not this person...they then called my husband's mother and questioned her...she took the name of the company down but gave them no information...she is 86 years old...what can I do about this?
Send them a cease & desist letter certified mail return receipt.
Send them a cease & desist letter certified mail return receipt....it sounds like they have your information confused with someone else. OR check your credit reports....it could be a case of identity theft!
