I just made a post last night about Bass Associates. Today the calls got even worse. The Bass call was for a loan with FTR. But today I got a call from a Middle Eastern-sounding man named Tom Jackson with United Processing, claiming to represent Astro Lending.

This is the worst I have ever been treated in my life. Having read the forum on here I have become very knowing about debt laws. When this man called he first identified himself as being with the federal recovery system on behalf of the government due to federal bank fraud. He told me it was due to a loan with Astro Lending. He then said he was from United Processing. I said I had never received anything in writing from him. He said I was a criminal and I was going to jail. He said that they don't have to provide anything in writing. I asked for their address, so I could send a debt validation letter. He said "I am not lible to give you our address. You are a criminal. You committed bank fraud. Pay off your account immediately."

I asked for and was transferred to a supervisor. He treated me even worse. He also refused to give me their address.

Their phone number is 305-433-8368.

I called Astro Lending and they said that Ellis Crosby collects for them not United Processing and they are not aware of United Processing. However, she said that Astro actually sells the debt to ICollect, and then ICollect has Ellis Crosby collecting for them. I left a message for someone at ICollect.

I have dealt with Bass and other collectors. This call was horrific. It was 100 times as bad as any other debt call I have ever had. I am sick to my stomach.

ho hum another troll,we are dumber for having heard it,but thanks for sharing.

United Legal is now Accounts Receivable Management. Different company. (Not very professional either, but not nearly as vicious as United Pay.)

Here is the address for United Pay:

899 W American Eagle Drive
St. Augustine, FL 32092

Seems to be a private home, but that's the address in the corporate records. It's also owned by Piyush Patel's brother. Piyush is the registered owner of United Pay.

I once was a victim with united processing a few years back. The first time was in 2006 about a delinquent payday loan i had. They told me if i didnt pay that they will go to jail. They wanted me to make arrangements to pay and they will hold the check for a little while longer. So a year had pass and they started call and harrassing me again they threat my family and threatin and harrassing call on my job said if i didnt pay they will get a warrant out for my arrest get it transfer to N.C and i will go to jail. I was told anything $200 or over was a felony. That when i decided to call BBB and ask question cause i knew that was illegal.

I received a call from someone claiming to work for United Processing also. they claimed I owed a ebt from two years ago and they wanted the money within 30 minutes, or they would send people to my house to collect. The gentleman also spoke with a deep accent. When I asked that he send me proof, he got irate and threatened me. he told me that he didn't have to send me anything and I just better pay him the money he claimed I owed. when I began to argue with him, he hung up.

You need to contact the Federal Trade Commission they have a record of a company doing business out of India using United Processing Name.... Let me take a guess this was for a internet loan... thats what they collect on....they can not locate serve them since they are located in India.... They have no affiliation with united processing in the us
