Did they send a dunning letter? They are required to do so within 5 days of initial contact. If not, then this is a violation of the FDCPA. Do you have the phone number that they are calling from? Or the name of the company? If you could post these, we may be able to find the address of the company for you. If your coworkers will state the harrassing callsl, then you may be able to sue them. If they keep calling, I would consult with a consumer rights attorney to find out what my options are. At the very least, if you have their name, file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state, and the FTC.
