$2000 ($500 overlimit) @ 29.9%
a couple other cards are $30/month with low balances.
My car will be paid off Jan 2013 @ 365/month.
Just got injured in January 2012 and medical bills are about $3000.
I am having a difficult time managing and haven't been able to make 2 last payments on the $500 overlimit credit card and none of my medical yet.
Any help/suggestion on steps to pay off my debts?

Paying someone else to handle a debt settlement actually puts you FURTHER into debt. Do it yourself.... it is not that difficult and just takes a little research
IMHO you have a couple of options,.
Debt Management plan...seek out a registered non profit agency like Consumer Credit Counselling Service.
Request that your creditors put you into a hardship plan.
