If I set up payments with them how should I do it? Do you need to give them your bank routing number and checking account number. What should I ask for from them?

Did they send you a collection letter-did you get it validated to make sure they legally own the account. Because this company is a big scammer. DO NOT give anyone direct access to your bank account EVER!! If they are legally allowed to collect ALWAYS send any payment by money order. Never give access to your account. They can take money orders DO NOT let any collector tell you different, once they have access to your account odds are they will empty it out at some point, they generally always do!
