They have had Nations
Bank freeze my account
for a collection that I was
never notifyied about until after the fact, yet
they say they did, they
didn't even know my
address until I sent
it to them.
I am head of household, and the money that was frozen
was a gift from my
father to pay for my
rent and my son's schooling - they told
me they had a right
to take it.
I filled an objection with the court over 2 weeks ago, and now I have to go to their depo with financial info, is this legal ?

Hiday & Ricke must have got a default judgment against you and your account freezing is the fall out of that. You have done the right thing by filing an objection.
Check with the county clerks office to see if there is a judgeme
Check with the county clerks office to see if there is a judgement against you, if there is, find out when and where you were served. If you weren't served ask the court to have the judgement overturned for improper service.
