I received a phone call from them last night, they stated that I am being sued by Cash Supply for an unpaid pdl. They said that I was being sued for breach of contract. Can they really do this? I thought that ipdl's were illegal in Kentucky. I have read some other posts on this website and see that the name of John Cole sure gets around, his office is in Amherst, NY. This must be the same company but keep changing their names.

i am not sure if cash supply is legal but if it is not, than this is probably a scare tactic.. someone else will be around to give you more help :)
