Household recovery services - has any complaints?

Household Recovery Services is a subsidiary of HSBC Finance Corp.

I continue to receive harrassing calls from HSBC and Household Recovery Services even though this has gone through court and I have received a judgement. The original loan was written against a piece of land that I own as collateral. I was told at the time of signing for this loan that if I defaulted they would own my land, I agreed to that but they want to continue to harrass me at my place of business instead.

I just got a call from this same company three days ago regarding an HSBC account they claim my last payment was made in 2006. This was bullshit. I negotiated with them and closed that account in 2004! They wanted payment over the phone. I told her send me a bill via certified mail. She refused and I told her then we have nothing to talk about do we because you and I both know I don't owe you anything and I hung up. I just checked my credit report and there is no HSBC credit card account on my report nor any call for delinquent payment since 2004. My risk level is medium. This is bullshit.
